Vietfood & Beverage is an international food and beverage exhibition, which takes place once a year in Ho-Chi-Minh. Exhibitors include manufacturers from home and abroad, showcasing their entire product range, but also companies that produce additives and dietary supplements. An important feature of Vietfood & Beverage, which distinguishes it from other food fairs in Vietnam, is the professionalism, the origin and the diversity of visitors. The visitor target groups include professionals from the distribution channel, from the fields of food processing, hotels, restaurants, catering and agents who are directly or indirectly involved in marketing these products. It takes place simultaneously with the ProPack Vietnam. Therefore the whole food and beverage industry starting with raw materials and additives up to production and packaging is been presented to the visitors under one roof. This results in tremendous synergies for both shows.
